Summer Weight Loss: Be the Hottest Babe at the Beach with a Great Summer Weight Loss Plan!

This year, this time, you’re going to finally look forward to bathing suit season. If you start now, and you stick to your weight loss program, you’ll be poolside in a bikini, showing off your hot “bod” all summer long! Here are a few of our favorite summer weight loss tips. Comb through these, and we’ll see you at the beach!

1. Take advantage of spring seasonal foods.

Broccoli, spinach, new potatoes, snow peas and asparagus are at their freshest from March to May – so make sure to add them to your daily menu. Apricots, avocado, strawberries, and mango ripen in the spring as well. There’s no need to skimp on the taste with all these tasty foods in season.

2. Make cardio workouts a part of your day.

Jogging, power walking, aerobics classes, and even dance classes are perfect for that summer goddess frame. Make sure to get your heart pumping for 30 -45 full minutes each day. And for an extra calorie burner, if you live near the beach, take your walk in the sand – the additional effort will get those pounds melting off.

3. Tighten up those abs.

No woman wants her gut to ooze out of her swimsuit. There are plenty of other ways to lose that tummy besides doing sit-ups. Try leg lifts, exercise ball crunches, torso twists and other innovative ways to strengthen the abdominal area.

4. Give your swimsuit a workout!

That’s right! Hop into that bikini, even in the depths of winter, and head to your local indoor pool for a swim at least twice a week. Swimming laps is a fantastic calorie burner, and the water resistance will help you tone the entire body. What even more cool is that your bathing suit will fit like a second skin by the time summer rolls around!

5. Drink lots of water.

You should down about 100 ounces per day of water. Cut back on the soda, diet drinks, smoothies, and coffee. Not only will water help you lose weight, giving you that extra energy boost for your workouts, it’ll make your skin smooth, healthy, and young for the summer.

6. Set weekly weight goals.

You want to lose 30 pounds by Memorial Day weekend? Fantastic! But you’re more likely to get there if you take it week by week, instead of freaking out because you haven’t lost 30 pounds every time you get on the scale. Place your weight loss goals in your personal planner, and set your schedule accordingly.

7. Exercise your willpower.

So many of us reckon we have no will power when it comes to eating, but, really, we do. If tap into that will power, we can get rid of the “junk in the trunk” while still enjoying the things we like. Don’t sit there and obsess while everyone else is having dessert. Question for a fork, and take exactly two bites. You’ll delight in it so much more than if you withhold that pleasure, than choking down a whole piece in front of the fridge at midnight because you feel deprived.

8. Get inspired.

Every year, in the depths of winter, Sports Illustrated and other magazines catering to men come out with swimsuit issues. Those women look fantastic, don’t they? Buy a copy, tear out some of the pictures and hang them up where you need the most inspiration, near the scale, on the fridge, or on the pantry door. Place one on the mirror in the bathroom or right on your alarm clock, so you don’t go back to sleep when the alarm goes off extra early for that morning exercise session!

9. Treat yourself in other ways.

Let’s say you get one of those caloric coffee confections every morning before work – but now you can’t, because you want to take off the weight for summer. Why not use that money for something nice for yourself? Get a massage at the local spa. Buy a second swimsuit for that hot body you’ll be showing off.

Working From Home Is the Better Way To Earn a Living

Would you like to be the one firing your boss? Telling him to go find somebody because you found something better.Well you can and it is a lot simpler than you reckon.

I myself turned in my resignation, because I got a taste of working from home. And let me tell that is the best choice I made. I like my boss (me), I like my schedule and wardrobe. Don’t need gas to take me from my bedroom to my office. Lunch, I take it whenever I like and don’t have to clock out and watch the clock.

I was in sales offline but with the economy failing my sales were failing as well so I had to find a better way before I was place in a situation where I would be in a desperate situation.

Luckily, I found the best home based business and turned in my resignation. No regrets, no alarm clocks that is in the past for me.If you have been one of the unfortunate people that was either cut on hours or even worse, lost your job.

Let me just ease your mind, there is a better way.

Working from home has gotten a terrible reputation because a lot of people have been scammed Or they signed up with an mlm home business opportunity and their up line took their money and Left them to fend for themselves. That can be the most disappointing situations on the internet. Which is probably why most people frown and prefer not to hear what one has to say about their business.

It happened to my daughter and me several times, but I didn’t let it stop me because I knew people were making money online, I just had to find the right person to help us. It is said that hanging around with like minded people and having the right mindset helps during the process of Starting a home based business.

Family and friends are not really the best ones to hang around with or tell them what you are up to because although they like you. It sure doesn’t stop them from hurting your feelings telling you they are doing that for your own excellent.

Like minded people are the ones you find at free forums like the Warrior Forum or even social Media sites. If you have a question, someone will answer it at no charge. Everyone there is into Some kind of internet marketing venture.

Free reports are a fantastic way to get an education. But, you do know that free reports are used to get your name and email address. So expect a lot of emails, the more free reports you Opt in to, the more emails you will receive.

Some marketers will try to sell, sell, sell with every email. But the ones that really want to help you will give you information that is worth reading.

Others will place something catchy on the subject line but has nothing to do with what the email is about. They just want you to open the email so that tactic is pretty common just be careful and don’t get caught in their web.

All in all, if you just use excellent judgment, due diligence when needed and start recognizing the marketing tactics you won’t fall victim and find the right company, right mentor and right team.

15 Ways You Can Use Your Computer for Affirmations

Here are 15 ways you can build yourself up by using your computer as a messenger for affirmations.

1.    Desktop

Your desktop is something that you see every time you open your computer. Husbands seem to have this already figured out; they place up a picture of their son or daughter. When they see it, it illicits powerful emotions of like and kindness that they associate with their child. My favorite desktop is a bank statement, where I changed the totals being represented in my bank accounts. I eventually faded that out and place the “Question and it shall be given, Seek…” verse on it as well.

The thought is that you place whatever makes you smile or feel empowered; just as you open your computer in the morning.

2.    Movie-Maker

Movie-Maker is very powerful software. It’s free, so there are no excuses for not using it. You can make a movie that represents you and your goals. Make a slide show and place music in it.

3.    Screensaver

This is a favorite of mine. You may get called away from your computer because a problem has come up. But when you come back, you will be encouraged by pictures you have set up as a slide show. It certainly beats a blank screen! These pictures can be as simple as pictures you have taken, or custom desktops you have made.

4.    Programmed Timer/Alarm Clock (hear)

Setting up an alarm on the computer is very handy for getting up in the morning. I haven’t done this one yet, but I will now since I leave my computer on all night. I used to save electricity :S.

5.    Custom Boot Screen (see)

Not everyone can change this screen (or knows how), but if you can you are making a journey as you turn on your computer. You are having daily reminders all the way, from when you wake up, restart your computer, as you enter in your password to login (the alarm works under this mode) and then see your desktop. The boot screen is just another blank screen you would otherwise have staring back at you.

6.    Sounds

Log into windows with something small and to the point that makes you smile. At the beginning of Anthony Robbins’ CDs on personal power he has a small 15 sec. sound clip of music. The music sounds like the kind you would hear at the end of a race, or as you reach a summit. Throw it in there!

7.    Post it Notes (touch, see)

Since you have them all over your desk, you might as well make them pleased ones! During my internship this summer I noticed that if stress was not in common with everyone, post-it! notes certainly did. I did not have any vast “issues” that I constantly needed to be reminded of, so instead I made my own:

Don’t jump out the window!

You’re always right!

You’re the best!

These are just examples, you can hone in on your strengths and focus on them when you write messages to yourself.

8.    YouTube

I am beginning to find that the amount of uses that YouTube has is alarmingly high. Look up “switchwords” or “affirmations” and you will find yet another use for YouTube.

9.    Your Desk Top

Here I am referring to your actual-physical desk. After all, if the power goes out you might want to have something to encourage you or make you feel still in control of your life.

10.    Send yourself an e-mail

This is a fantastic system for reminding yourself of something. I would not recommend it too often, since too many e-mails can get very annoying. Once in a while (e.g.: 1-2 times per month) it is nice to get an ‘unexpected’ e-mail reminding you that you are a leader. You never know when you will receive it…it might come at just the right time.

11.    Make associations.

The automatic update bubbles that pop up at the bottom of my screen drive me insane. I try and try to get rid of them-yet there is always something! They pop up when I am writing a paper and they feel like they are calling my attention!

Take these annoying pop-ups and make associations so that when you see one, you reckon positively about yourself, or perhaps about something you want to be grateful for.

12.    Internet Home Page

This is really a no-brainer, but I believe like all the others they add up. Set your internet home-page to something that changes every few days. It needs to be something that communicates either positive information, or excellent quotes. You might want to make this page a dynamic one (always changing), so you have some variety.

13.    Edit the sounds in your games

I used to do this as a kid. I don’t really play games anymore. If I did I wouldn’t mind making a few ‘mods’ that say fantastic things about my character –just for the fun of it!

This isn’t about being vain or obsessed with you. It’s about finding out what activities you do during the day that make you feel inferior or down, and replacing certain aspects of them with something that encourages you and builds your confidence.

14.    iTunes

Mp3 players (I use iPod) are fantastic for audio-books, podcasts or web broadcasts. There is nothing superior to listening to something that builds you up while you’re taking a walk. Try to get the kinds of seminars that are fun to listen to. Many fantastic authors make an audio-book so people can listen to it, but not all make it enjoyable to listen to like Robbins or Covey.

15.    Your Own Webpage

I am sure you have heard that giving to others = building yourself up. The more you give the more you become a better person. Your website can be focused on this too. I would caution you one thing but. If you want to have a website and to give away information by all means do it. But don’t forget to monetize at least some of it so you can make some money and pay your bills!

Overcome Infertilty 03 –Understand Male Biological Clock

Infertility is defined as the inability of a couple to conceive after 12 months of unprotected sexual intercourse or the cannot carry the pregnancy full term. It effects over 5 million couples alone in the U. S. and many times more in the world. Because of an unawareness of treatments, only 10% seek help from professional specialists. In fact, about 35% of infertility is caused by the male’s inability to fertilize. 35% is caused by the female’s inability to conceive, 10% attributes to both, and 10 % is considered a failure with an unknown cause.

Even though the sperm in the male reproductive organ do not change much, the quality and quantity of sperm may be reduced by low levels of testosterone due to ageing. Therefore, you can see why a couple in their late 20’s is simpler to conceive than a couple with a wife in her 20’s and a husband at the age of 40 and more. Study shows that the odds of male fertility rate decreases at an alarming rate of 11% every year and the chance for his partner to conceive declines even further.

According to the study of European Society of Human Reproduction and Embryology, the rate of miscarriage also increases substantially when the father was over the age of 35.
1. Nearly 17 percent if the father was over 34 years ancient.
2. Around 20 percent if the father was between the ages of 35 and 39.
3. Over 32 percent if the father was older than 44.

Most couple delay unwanted conception by having the female partner take contraceptive pill or by using condoms, or other methods. Unfortunately, by the time they reckon that they are ready to have children, they are in their mid thirties and according to the above statistics, the rate of fertility is low and the risk of miscarriage is increased substantially, not counting the risk of giving birth to a child with a defection, including chromosomal abnormalities. Like an ancient car, no matter how much money which you spend each year to fix it, it will never work like when it was new.

It is wise for a couple to conceive no later then the age of late 20’s and early 30’s to prevent any unnecessary stress caused by infertility within 12 months after they choose to have a baby.

Clocking the Right Solution to a Long Term Sleep Problem!

Michael sat opposite me looking tired, pale and drained. Having already told me that he was finding his new job to be increasingly stressful, he finally admitted that he hadn’t had more than four hours sleep at night for more than three years.

Adrenaline was keeping Michael going through the workday – but as soon as he came home at night, his body ached and he felt more unwell as the evening unfolded.

Initially, his symptoms were limited to a sore throat and headaches but lately chest pains had forced him to make an appointment with the doctor. Relieved at being told there was nothing incorrect with his heart, Michael was still depressed as he continued with disrupted sleep patterns and feeling unwell.

His lack of sleep was also beginning to have a knock-on effect in his relationship with his wife. Not only was he quick to glide off the handle but Michael was also suffering from impotency. We agreed that both of these conditions were probably symptoms of his lack of sleep.

Clearly the situation had to change – and quick. I questioned Michael about his sleeping patterns and we quickly established that he had no problem dropping off to sleep when he went to bed.

“But,” he said, “I know that every night I will wake up and then look over to the clock which will tell me that it is exactly two in the morning! And after that, I’ll spend the rest of the night worrying about work and all the things I need to get done.”

I clarified to Michael – who at the beginning of our session together had proclaimed a nervousness of hypnosis – that he was a very effective hypnotist, judging by his ability to programme his own mind.

The sub-conscious mind delivers whatever we reckon about and believe to be right. Michael’s belief – and self programming – was that: “Every night I will wake up and then look over to the clock which will tell me that it is exactly two in the morning!”

Breaking this pattern was the obvious solution, so I suggested that he initially set his alarm for the time he wanted to get up in the morning, so that his mind could rest – knowing that he would awake in time for work.

Next, before going to bed, he should make a “to-do” list that itemised all the tasks that he had previously been carrying around in his head. This would ensure that his mind could relax, without worrying that he would forget something vital.

I also suggested that he should remove his bedside clock from view. He had the strict instruction that if he were to wake in the night, he was not to check the time. This would ensure that his brain would soon forget his previously programmed intention to wake up and check the clock at two in the morning.

Finally, I questioned him to focus on the word “sleep” as he was preparing for bed – and to remove the word “awake” from his night time vocabulary!
